The property features refinished hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful decor and updated fixtures in the bathroom. A modern kitchen offers new appliances, the essentials for cooking, a charging station, and a coffee bar with snacks. Retreat to the spacious fenced in yard and lounge on the patio. The home accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. The fully stocked kitchen is the heart of the home with new appliances and breakfast bar seating. Both baths have double sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Enjoy the private backyard space with a tranquil creek or walk to the nearby Monon Trail with over 25 miles of trails.

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.
