The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. The flat shares the use of the common facilities with the other flats in the house : Sauna, Gym, off-street Parking, breakfast lounge, Garden and Ski-Room. Breakfast can be booked separately.

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
