Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Unsere gepflegte Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage im Talkessel Reutte, inmitten der Tourismusregion Ausserfern/Tirol. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage um das Lechtal zu erkunden oder die Königsschlösser zu besichtigen. Sportler kommen im Sommer wie im Winter voll auf ihre Kosten. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Sportklettern, Langlaufen, Skifahren und Skitouren.

Das Apartment umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine sowie einem 35qm Bad mit einer Dusche/Badewanne und einem Haartrockner. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden im Apartment gestellt.

The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
