Truckee's historical downtown makes for a beautiful and interesting background with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops to spend time at. Both a tourist destination and thriving small-town community, Truckee offers hometown charm with one of the biggest night-time farmer's markets, local theater, and free music in the park.
