Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed.
