Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
