Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

This one-bath suite includes a king bed, queen-size futon, wood-burning fireplace, and patio with table, chairs, and a gas grill. Enjoy cable TV with free DVD movie rentals, a game room with pool table, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and a heated pool in the summer. Downtown shopping and dining are minutes from your door while Rocky Mountain National Park rests just two miles away. Handicap-friendly with no steps up to this unit (or in this unit), and a handicap parking spot nearby. Free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($15 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. This unit will comfortably sleep up to four guests.

Cozy stone fireplace, plus wood burning stove, wrap around deck, vaulted ceiling, steam shower, 2 flat screen TV's and granite counters in the kitchen.

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
