Cada habitación cuenta con una cama doble, uno o dos armarios, un escritorio, una silla y un televisor inteligente. También se proporcionan sábanas y toallas en las habitaciones. Hay conexión a Internet de alta velocidad (1 Gbps) en todo el edificio. Hay un baño compartido en cada una de las tres plantas, que se limpian varias veces al día. En la planta baja y en la primera planta también hay dos cocinas recién amuebladas con nevera, fogones, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, tostadoras y zonas de estar y comedor.

Our cottage is quietly located near the town centre, between the main square and the A94 motorway. Munich, Passau, Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee are easily accessible by car. A nearby destination is Burghausen Castle, and even day trips to the mountains can be planned from here. Swimming lakes, supermarkets & petrol stations are all close by. A guest handbook in the house provides all important information about the accommodation, house rules, restaurants, local attractions and emergency contacts.

Room near TUM Garching /semester stay possible

The cozy, quiet room is located on the 2nd floor. It is especially suitable for students or researchers who need a calm place to live and study. S-Bahn and two bus lines are within a 7-minute walk. The airport, Freising, Garching, Munich city centre and TUM can be reached in about 30 min. Guests may prepare vegetarian meals in the kitchen. Shops, restaurants and daily amenities are nearby. We share the house with a nice dog. If our schedule allows, we offer a free airport pickup or drop-off.
