The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Fri panoramautsikt norrut över havet ger mycket goda möjligheter att se norrsken direkt från trädäcket vid entrén. Utebelysningen kan släckas för bättre upplevelse av stjärnhimlen. Vedeldad kamin inomhus för trivsel. Prova traditionell vedeldad bastu. Havsytan fryser vintertid vilket möjliggör promenader eller skidturer på isen direkt från gården. Rikt djurliv med vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
