Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

The Venue Luxury Barn

"The One With The Slide" a luxurious open plan barn conversion with enormous hot tub, games table, 65 inch TV and yes - a slide down from the luxury mezzanine bed chamber. Ideal for couples alone or with kids. A fully equip kitchen, large bathroom with 2 person shower, fantastic countryside views and an outdoor space, light the fire pit (wood not provided) for added ambiance and stargaze the autumn Skys from our hilltop location. 1 bedroom with a king size double plus 1 double sofa bed.

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

Space at the Steps is a spacious, contemporary holiday let for two. There is a large open plan area upstairs with kitchen, breakfast bar, WiFi, smart TV and sofabed, plus an east facing balcony with views over to Berrington Hall. Downstairs there is a bedroom with wall mounted TV and a shower room with walk in shower and large sink. With a private enclosed garden, dog friendly pub 100 yds away and loads of country walks nearby, it a perfect get away for your four legged friends as well!.

The Servants' Quarters is a newly restored, unique self catering accommodation located in Leominster Town Centre. Originally the servants quarters of an impressive historic house, the apartment has been expertly restored to its former Edwardian glory, complete with servants bells and a fully equipped retro kitchen. The apartment can sleep up to 4 in genuine Edwardian brass beds. Leominster is close to walking routes and surrounded by the gently rolling hills of North Herefordshire.

Kick back and relax in the peaceful surroundings of beautiful Eardisland, part of the Black and White village trail. Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, a shower room an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a spacious outdoor patio area and garden to watch the breath taking sunsets and enjoy the peace.
