Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

The Brock House

The Brock House is a 2 bedroom loft apartment perched atop a western wear store in Lockhart's vibrant and historic town square. Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. 40 acres conveniently located 4 miles north of Lockhart Texas, 25mins south of Austin. This farmhouse has a great layout that is very accommodating. The deck over the private fishing pond is perfect for catching up w/ friends, watching the sunrise and sunset. Country setting only 5 mins from the BBQ Capitol of Texas. Notice- it is possible to fall into the water, please be aware before booking. No infants please. Also, this is my family getaway home, it is not a party house.
