The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

We are situated across from The Magnetawan river- great for fishing, and just 5 minutes from the public beach, boat launch and dock. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.
