Queda a 15 minutos (autobus) del centro histórico de Funchal y tiene 2 centros comerciales justo alado; uno a 1 minuto caminando y el otro solo a 5 minutos.

La casa, rodeada de bananos, ofrece a sus huéspedes la posibilidad de estar cerca del mar. A menos de 5 minutos a pie, por senderos entre bananos, se accede a la playa de guijarros. Al atardecer, desde el balcón o el jardín, podrá contemplar la hermosa puesta de sol. La tasa turística es de 2 euros por persona y día.
