Ένα πολύ όμορφο διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό, φτιαγμένο με ξεχωριστό μεράκι, σύμφωνα με τις επιταγές της αρχιτεκτονικής του τόπου. Ο ισόγειος χώρος που διατίθεται,είναι μια αυτόνομη και ανεξάρτητη κατοικία, 95m3 περίπου, με καθιστικό, κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο.
