It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.
