Я собственник. живу в этом же здании и поэтому гости сразу без задержек (как обычно бывает на ресепшене) по приезду сразу вселяются в номер, в котором предварительно уже включено отопление-кондицонер и бойлер с горячей водой. Квартира находятся на 31 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид: на море, набережную,озеро и "поющие" фантаны с ночной подсветкой

Аптека ,которая работает круглосуточно.Множество ресторанов,баров,кафе.Банки и обменные пункты валюты.Не далеко рыбные ресторанчики и рынок,базар и центральный автовокзал.В соседнем доме супермаркет.
