Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

Kuhinja je opremljena - hladnjak, frizer, mikrovalna pečnica, kuhalo za vodu, plinski štednjak, suđe i pribor za jelo. Kupaonica sa tušem i WC. Klima uređaj. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Boravišna pristojba po osobi 1,5€/dan.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
