Lying within one of the UK's 46 National Landscapes and a Conservation Area, the cottage is ideal for those seeking a peaceful spot to relax or work, and with plenty to do on the doorstep it is the perfect spot for family holidays. Solar panels, battery and an EV charger also make this an eco-friendly choice for your getaway.

The Booking Office, Stoke Edith Station, Hereford

Nestled within the rolling hills of Herefordshire and surrounded on all four sides by Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is the perfect place to enjoy the English rural idyll, with plenty of railway history thrown in! The accommodation is situated on the site of the original station building which was operational from 1861 - 1965, and has been rebuilt in the style of a typical Great Western Railway building of the Victorian/Edwardian era. Dog friendly, but we stipulate a two dog maximum.

Based in the heart of rural Herefordshire, we can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms. ln lovely Malvern Wells with hill views, Wells Cottage is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, or visitors to Great Malvern or the Three Counties Showground. The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.

Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

The Cottage: Meris’s is a secluded getaway where you can snuggle up in front of the log burner’s licking flames, play games, read, eat and drink, or sit outside in the garden soaking up the atmosphere enjoying the surrounding woodland and its wildlife. Originally built in 1871 Meris’s has just been beautifully renovated and is now ready to welcome guests. Located down a private drive you will be surrounded by nature with a gurgling stream running right past the house.
