The No. 3 is a sleek, modern, condo in the heart of Downtown Marfa. This building was gut-renovated in 2017 and has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to a coffee shop & wine bar, one block from Chinati, JUDD, Highland Avenue retail, and many restaurants are all within a few blocks!
