Wir vermieten ein charmantes Altbau-Apartment im Herzen von Wien. Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt. I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

The apartment is located in a building designed by the renowned architect Ernst Hiesmayr, directly adjacent to the park of the Theresianum, the former summer residence of Empress Maria Theresa. The apartment itself, like all the other apartments in the building, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards. In addition, a designer and artist has been brought in to breathe a pleasant degree of design and liveliness into the apartments.
