Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. S balkona se pruža prekrasan pogled na luku, što čini ovaj stan savršenim izborom za sve koji traže mir i udobnost.

U stanu se nalazi spavaća soba sa garderobnim ormarom, bračnim krevetom i 2 noćna ormarića, dnevna soba sa trosjedom /krevet/ , komoda za tv , stolić sa kompjuterom, i jedna fotelja za ugodan boravak. Kuhinja veličine 3,50*2,10 koja opremljena sa dovoljno posuđa , pribora, začina te stol sa 4 stolice . U kupaoni se nalazi wc školjka, umivaonik, tuš kabina, perilica rublja te ormarić sa ručnicima, deterđentima i šamponima koji su na raspolaganju gostima.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. Is located on the second floor of the house by the sea. Distance from the town center and shops is 100 meters. The apartment near the restaurant "Koralj". If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.
