Welcome to your quiet personal cottage in Waco Texas! One bedroom, one bath. It’s close to everything!! McLane Stadium! Baylor University! Extraco Event Center! The Silos, Magnolia Market & restaurant! Baylor Scott & White and much more! It’s a great place to stay if you are in town for a game, work, graduation, conference or whatever the occasion might be! This is a duplex home. Both units A&B are used for AirBnB. Entirely private, no shared spaces. Last home on the street behind a cemetery

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.
