The Bedsit is attached to our beautiful Victorian family house, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kendal, hidden from sight within its own grounds, with a stunning garden. It has plenty of private parking and is only a short walk from the station - an ideal base for exploring the Lake District. The Bedsit is a private apartment, accessed through my costume workshop. We enjoy hosting visitors from all around the world, hoping that they will feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.

This luxury hand crafted pod is exclusively available for your use, including a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, ensuite shower room, private patio, outdoor seating and fire pit/BBQ swing arm.

Drovers Cottage-Patton Hall Farm

Offering peace, quiet and fantastic views, Drovers Cottage is nestled in the Mint Valley, overlooking Kendal and the fells beyond on our family-run working farm. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been converted to a high standard with modern kitchen, living room, bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a secure patio to the rear and seating area on the front for you to enjoy our wonderful sunsets. Both cottages can be hired together for a friends or family break.

The Nook at Newalls Retreat- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in a private meadow, enjoying far reaching fell views. Hunker down with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a King sized bed and cosy log burner. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the private fire pit area. Guests can book a sauna & organic cold water pool session less than a 5 minute walk away.

A private flat which compromises of a large suite of rooms on the top floor of my Georgian Grade II listed house in Kendal town centre, quietly tucked away at the head of an historic cobbled yard. . 1 double bedroom and one king bedroom plus a huge adjoining living room (with basic kitchenette and double sofa bed) as well as a modern bathroom all for your exclusive use during your stay at Colour House. Kendal Castle minutes away, a nearby hotel offers pool and gym. Kendal hosts Brewery Arts Centre, one of leading arts centres in the UK. Parking is in front of the house. Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
