We are located just off the A1, with easy access to Newcastle, the Airport, Northumberland Coast and Country, and Scotland. Stannington has a pub and farm shop and is only 5 miles from the market town of Morpeth. The Annexe is spacious and versatile, suitable for wedding guests, business travellers, family staycations, or stopovers whilst travelling north or south.

Kitchen includes a comprising of full cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower room. Great location being situated on the Hadrian’s wall for long walks and beautiful views. Very peaceful and is great for a relaxing get away.

2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
