Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. Gorgeous well kept quiet and bright flat in a traditional ground floor Edinburgh apartment with doors out onto a pretty back garden. Only 15 mins walk from Haymarket Station The garden backs onto the Edinburgh canal and it's only a 30 mins walk into the centre of Edinburgh. There are also many buses that pass close by, connecting you to old/new town Edinburgh. Lovely shops, cafes and pubs are all within a few minutes walk. A great place from which to explore the city and the Edinburgh Festival!

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale.
