Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Also within a few miles are several pubs and restaurants.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Thorndon Barton is accessed via a private drive and has its own parking for several cars and a substantial garden and patio, all with beautiful views. Orchard Cottage offers a tranquil rural escape in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.
