The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
