This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Belle Haven lake stay 6 person hot tub / IR sauna

Belle Haven has a 5-7 person hot tub with breath taking sunrise views. It also has 3 separate wood decks, scenic wedding pic quality stone patio, outside fire pit, 2 docks. The lake involves walking down a set of stairs (about 30 steps) if have mobility issues, sorry. For night time we have radiant heat all thru the house and 2 rustic real fire places that you have the option to burn wood in. Ice Fish, read, hot tub(yr round) , am coffee, & refresh! Life’s to short not to be happy!

Cast Away - on Indian Lake - Maple Lake, 1 of 2

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.

Within walking distance is a neighboring park with boat access and a beach, bring water floaties and toys, beach balls, bike or walk the trails, check out the swinging bridge!
