You will get an entire bottom floor of the house, fully separated from our home. Home is brand new, built in 2022. While you have total privacy, we are on site in case anything comes up. Parking is easy and we are near the freeways, making it easy to get to Silicon Valley, Marin, or Napa.

It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards.
