Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on Thursdays 9am-11am and across the street is on Wednesdays 12pm-2pm.)
