Located just 6 miles south of Owensville, Mo this newly renovated farm house will provide you the countryside escape you have been looking for with no shortage of amenities. This 2 story farm house was originally constructed in 1888 as a multi family boarding house before the Kreter family purchased it in the 1930’s. In 2021 we made the decision to completely restore the house and bring it to its modern day glory.

The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community which is mostly retirees. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
