Welcome to Cottage on Caroline, a precious and happy home that is in Old Dauphin Way Historic District A neighborhood that is enjoying revitalization and value appreciation. The entire home was renovated. The ceilings are 10' and the hardwood floors are original and full of character. Huge fenced backyard. Dauphin St Entertainment District is a 5 minute walk away. Our guesthouse is located behind our house on a beautiful Mobile street with a live oak canopy and Spanish moss accents. The 600 sq ft cottage has been remodeled keeping the old Southern style and charm that makes Mobile such a lovely city. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the private outdoor patio. Come and go as you please via a private doorway onto patio.
