All inside a Historic home on Dauphin Street and across the street from a Venue for events and gatherings. There is plenty of parking behind the house and the entrance is to the right of the home. There is a lockbox on the door so you can arrive any time after 3:00 pm. The entrance is to the right of the house at the side door. This apartment is located at the beginning of the Historic downtown area which is a diverse neighborhood yet offering restaurants, bars, and sightseeing We have UBER and LYFT available for those who don't want to drive a car. NO parties allowed.

You will be five blocks from Dauphin Street and the entertainment district with the Saenger Theatre, and a multitude of food and nightlife options. A shorter walk takes you to Greer's Boutique Grocery and Iron Hand Micro-brewery. A slightly longer walk brings you to Downtown's museums. The apartment has free on-street parking and a spiral staircase to bed and bath.

Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs. This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. With artwork and some antiques.

This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.
