It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji ili prijateljima u ovom ugodnom smještaju.Apartment Rita nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji s pogledom na Rijeku Dubrovačku i Dubrovački most. Plaža je udaljena 8 min hoda. U blizini se nalaze kafići i restorani. Nedaleko od smještaja nalazi se izvor rijeke Omble. Trgovine i pekara su u krugu 300 m. Udaljenost od centra grada je 10 km automobilom ili javnim prijevozom. Autobusna stanica je 5 min hoda. Idealno za razgledavanje i upoznavanje grada te povratak u mirnu oazu.

Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in our family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it, but we do not have private parking place.
