This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. The Asheboro Zoo is a beautiful drive less than an hour away. Take the time to read the guest review below who says it all! Stairs lead down to dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing, & kayaking. Three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 10 guests. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, super fast wifi, cable TV. The perfect place to relax any season!

Enjoy total seclusion at one of the few mountain top homes in the Uwharrie National Forest. This rustic cabin features 2 bedrooms, 1 king with half bath and 1 set of bunk beds, a hot/cold outdoor shower, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. Outside enjoy a porch with grilling area and a charcoal grill. 1 mile to Uwharrie trail, within 4 miles to multiple kayak launches, horse and ATV trails. Hiking with long range views from the property. Kayaks, paddle boards, gold pans available.

Welcome to Dock Holiday! Let lake life take away all your cares and relax. Beautiful views of the lake from the deck, the gazebo or the dock and a great cove for kayaking or floating around the dock. Downstairs includes 1 King bedroom and a 2 Twin XL bedroom that share a large bathroom. Upstairs is the Master with a King bed and bathroom. Large flat yard for games or grilling. Float pad, floats, life vests and kayaks included.

Catfish Cove

Enjoy the perks of Badin Lake without all the hustle and bustle. Located at the end of a cove, our humble home is right on the water. Public boat ramp is minutes away for your personal water craft that you may dock at our pier. Or take advantage of the 5 kayaks located in the basement and launch from the backyard! Please note that the end of the cove is too shallow for swimming.
