There is a keypad private entry. The property backs to the Catharine Trail and is within walking distance of town and the state park. Enjoy bird watching from your deck as you wants boats pass by. Find luxury inside and nature outside. Cottage 1 has a double bed in one corner, a trundle bed in the opposite corner and a private bath. Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins, popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).

The property is in walking distance to the Watkins Glen State Park. It has 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and 2 full bathrooms. The house has 1 smart tv and cable and WiFi internet. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, and drinking glasses. Guests can use the stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is provided as well as garbage bags. Please respect the no pets policy.
