The city of Wartburg is located just 10 minutes to our south for convenient grocery shopping or dining. And the city of Oak Ridge is an additional 20 minutes away.

The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
