From my home you walk 150 m and you are at Harpa, the concert hall in Reykjavik, National theater - 150 m. Still very quiet and good neighbors. You can use my parking in the garage and there is a elevator to take you up to the apartment.

The neighborhood boasts tranquility and proximity to nature, with the Úlfarsfell hill just outside offering a scenic walk with views overlooking Reykjavik. Additionally, the nearby Dalslaug swimming pool is within a leisurely 10-minute walk.
