Walk to the beach down the street, hike the trails/snow shoe at Castle in Clouds, or visit one of the ski resorts in the area. The house can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

This cozy cottage is a wonderfully unique stay! You will experience a balance between upscale camping and a lake Winnepausaukee waterfront experience. Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house. We have air conditioning in the summer and a double-sided fireplace for the cooler months. Fully stocked kitchen and dining room table with expansion boards for family dinners and card games--or go on the bug-free screened-in porch! Garage available to keep your toys clean and dry. Great value, traditional cabin style, and a cozy vibe.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

This is a a beautiful, custom house with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and state of the art amenities throughout. There is a wrap around deck along with a sunroom that has a ping pong table. There's also a firepit and hammock out back. There is a gorgeous lake view as well. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.
