Located at the end of a private road you will find the area very peaceful with beautiful ocean view sunrises and sunsets and lots of wildlife sightings. This cozy 1000 square foot apartment has been recently renovated for a clean coastal vibe. The house was originally hand built in 2000 by the owner. You will notice the craftsmanship detail, built ins, hand made furniture and unique nautical style throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stove, full fridge and a new microwave and dishwasher. The living space provides a 50 inch smart TV and queen pull out sofa. Enjoy the vast ocean views from the large living room picture windows. Watch the boats cruising through Penobscot Channel or a local lobsterman hauling their traps. The bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of closet/storage space. There is a large jacuzzi tub and separate hand tiled shower in the bathroom. Spacious deck off the kitchen/living area provides an outdoor dining area and grill. Enjoy dinner or drinks taking in the salty ocean air and views. At the base of the entry stairs is a separate patio space with propane fire pit shared amongst both living spaces. Located behind the apartment is an adorable playhouse with slide, saucer swings and a rock climbing wall that is shared amongst the neighborhood. Please play at your own risk. WiFi included

Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

Our condominium was built in 2020 and is located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. These condos are perfectly appointed for your stay in Bar Harbor, they are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. Our Veranda 2nd floor apartment is located on a family compound of 8 acres, just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, and 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, family activities, Echo Lake for swimming, and public transport. This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Willowbrook is a comfortable 1BR unit in a perfect spot for guests wanting to get out and explore Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park! It sits right in the center of Mount Desert Island at the top of the Somes Sound - making it easy to navigation easy on the Lung-Shaped island instead of staying in one of the corners of MDI. The small backyard area is a nice private spot to relax without having to bump into any other guests in neighboring units as it is surrounded by fencing.
