Enjoy a relaxing holiday at Villa Casetta. Situated on the Esplanade within a short walk to Hawker Beach and the Mornington Bay Trail. Wander along to Mount Martha Village for breakfast or dine in one of the popular restaurants and wineries in the area. This property is great for couples or a small family. Our property is located directly across a busy road to the beach. Therefore you will encounter road noise during the day and early evening.

1950s architect designed property. Restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs, wine bars located within walking distance. Less than 900 metres (10 min walk) to the beach. With a large open plan living area, four large bedrooms, with a super king in the main bedroom, queen and two single trundles. Ensuite to the main, and large central bathroom with claw foot bath. Hideaway in your own private, comfortable room, with heater and electric blanket for winter. Secluded spot across the road from a beautiful swimming snorkeling and fishing beach with a leash free area for man's best friend. Linen and towels provided, ensuite and a simple breakfast. Also have use of the BBQ. Walk to the Mt Martha village.
