This home is also only 25 minutes to Morgantown WV. No smoking. WiFi might be spotty because of rural location. Dog friendly with pet fee of $50 per day. 1 dog allowed up to 30 lbs.

This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!
