This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
