Casita Montalbano Private Guadalupe River Access

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the hills. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville and about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries! The Guadalupe River is a short 8 minutes away. Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Two full baths have walk in showers. Living area is spacious with tv and WIFI Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.
