This part is not much visited (yet) by tourists which will give you an authentic feel. The street parallel to ours is chosen as the most beautiful street of Amsterdam. Public parking is available under Amsterdam’s lowest parking rate. Due to municipal regulations only a max of 4 persons (incl. baby) is allowed.

Aan de rand van de historische binnenstad van Amersfoort ligt ons ruime, meer dan 100 jaar oude herenhuis. De bovenste verdieping is compleet gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Via een gezamenlijk trappenhuis bereik je het appartement. De trappen zijn volgens de huidige bouwnormen stijl. De ruimte kan worden omschreven als sfeervol, met gebruik van mooie materialen, oog voor detail en vooral comfortabel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf voor korte of langere tijd.

On a close distance you will find the water which is perfect to rent a boat and easy to keep distance at the Loosdrechtse Plassen. Or go for a walk through the beautiful forests around historical 's-Graveland. Amsterdam is at 30 km (30 min by Uber). Busstop in front of our door. On the wall you will wallpainting with highlights of the neighbourhood. - No pets - No smoking - No drugs

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.
