Cute Vintage Shasta Camper @ Gorgeous Stays

Come enjoy our completely remodeled vintage 1962 Shasta camper. The "canned ham" was a favored family camper beginning in 1941. Our Shasta is parked for you to enjoy here in the Nantahala Gorge. The interior sports a flip-down sofa/full-size bed, table, water, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker (but no stove). It has power for lighting, fan or heater, and receptacles. Toilets / showers are in the Lodge. The outside has a Sunbrella, two chairs, and a “pink flamingo.” (NO PETS this unit.)

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. has its own deck to sit outside and listen to the Creek, along with a large 3 person hammock stand. On the property you will also find a charcoal grill, firepit and shared laundry room when needed. This is in such a perfect spot! Less than 1 mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National park entrance and only a couple of minutes to downtown Bryson City,NC.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape! All campsites are right on the Valley River. We allow RV and van camping in the RV sites. Bundles of firewood are available for $10 upon request. We prefer to keep things as natural as possible for your enjoyment! We are a small campground proudly hosting 3 cabins, 4 tent sites, and 3 RV sites.
