Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The Potting Shed Sopley

The Potting Shed is a unique detached cottage on the edge of the New Forest and South Coast. It sleeps two people and has a well-planned principal room incorporating kitchen/dining and living area with a log burner. Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. There is a bike shed too (please bring your own bikes). Guests will have the place to themselves.
