No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

There are two outdoor patios, a Weber grill, Traeger smoker, a fire pit, and outdoor shower. The driveway and carport easily fits two cars. Included are two beach cruisers, two surfboards, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a wagon to transport everything!

This family-friendly, rustic beach house was designed around the position of the setting sun and weather co-operating, most evenings guests are not disappointed. The shallow water of the Harbor is a mere 50' from the house - enjoy breakfast on the patio while cormorants and egrets cruise the harbor. Windsurfers, kite-surfers are active when the wind is up; kayakers and SUPers love the calmness of the bay.

Undeclared pets incur an automatic $500 charge. Please note: narrow stairs to the 2nd floor.

Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, firepit/BBQ area, and my own tiny cottage across the lawn so I am readily accessible.
