The Fern Room - a tranquil place to spend your Auckland holiday or work trip. Private use of bedroom/lounge, bathroom and courtyard for a maximum of two people. Less than four minutes to the train, the shops of Newmarket, and motorway on-ramps. The museum and domain are a short walk away and many guests like the walk into the city. This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. Newmarket is 20 mins walk or 5mins drive. with Westfield Shopping mall largest in NZ, 240 stores with alfresco rooftop dining.
