Get away from it all in our peaceful little nook located above the beach at Llanreath. Only 5 minutes to the historic 13th century town of Pembroke. We are 15 minutes by car to the beaches at Freshwater West, top surfing spot and home to Dobby’s Grave, Broadhaven South and the stunning Barafundle to name but a few. In addition the charming seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot are only a 20 minute drive making Driftaway Cottage the perfect base to explore all Pembrokeshire has to offer.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path route goes directly past the front door. Perfectly situated for a calm, peaceful coastal escape.

From every window a beautiful veiw of the Haven Waterways can be seen, the Pembrokeshire costal path passes our door. Within walking distance there are lovely pubs serving wonderful food. At the end of the day enjoy a “sundowner” on your private patio area watching the boats sail by.
